| Delivery Schedule Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your tickets. In the case of MIPIM where tickets are not issued please retain your e-mail confirmation as proof of purchase. Badges can be picked up at the start of the show. |

| Transaction terms Using our website please choose the items you wish to purchase. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Debit Cards as well as Visa and Mastercard. Standard bank charges apply (3.4% per credit card transaction). You will receive a confirmation e-mail at the end of your transaction. In the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, prices have changed due to currency fluctuations or we are no longer able to supply a particular item we will contact you and rectify accordingly.
