16/05/2011 - The Official unveiling of the new Terminal at Birmingham Airport which was organised by the Sector Marketing Event team took place on Friday. The event was very successful with the attendance of 300 guests including the Secretary of State for Transport, Rt Hon Philip Hammond MP, who officially opened the new terminal.

With over 25 years experience we have developed the winning formulae for a successful presence at MIPIM. We organise bespoke events, private dinners, arrange accommodation, transport, run hospitality apartments , build stands, UK pavilions, create meeting valuable programmes and source sponsorship. With excellent direct relationships with a portfolio of venues and local suppliers in Cannes, we offer a competitive range of services from complete event management to accommodation through to stand representation or design and build.

We have been devising an integrated and cost effective campaign designed to raise the profile of the City of Coventry and its partners through branding and event opportunities at MIPIM for the last 15 years. We also managed the Team West Midlands’ presence at the show from 2003 to 2010. Our services for the partnership included the planning and management of the Team West Midlands business lounge located opposite the Palais, as well as, sponsorship sourcing, complete accommodation & logistics management, delegate registration & management, full event management, stand build and on site support.

In 2011 we supported Marketing Birmingham in enhancing Birmingham’s reputation as business destination and reaching their objectives and requirements for MIPIM. Our responsibility revolved around logistics and communications of business briefings on the stand for media and key investors, the project management of business breakfasts and VIP dinners as well as delegate registrations, accommodation and transport and 24/7 on site support.

We organised and managed the presence and events programme of Scotland Development International from 2007 to 2010. Our task included many aspects of event management, from marquee build and branding in 2008, to the complete project management of a hospitality apartment in 2009 and 2010, venue sourcing and management, through to delegate registration, accommodation and transport logistics.
